What Food Not to Eat

If you are concerned about eating unhealthy, which you should be, food I would recommend the following recommendations.

From what I have learnt from reading various books, I would like to conclude that the following are foods to avoid at much as possible:

  • Rice and all grains
  • Fast food
  • Canned or processed food
  • Chips, ice cream and cookies
  • Bread
  • Any high sugar content food like candy, chocolate, fruit juice and pastry.

What food to we should be eating:

  • Vegetables (e.g. salads but no dressing)
  • Fruits (not juice!)
  • Meat (e.g. chicken and beef)
  • Fish
  • Nuts
  • Eggs

What supplements to take:

  • Omega 3
  • Multivitamin
  • Magnesium and many other minerals as necessary
