Things don’t always go our ways. Sometimes we are challenged with stuffs that we can’t solve ourselves and people around us are our hope to help us get unstuck. I don’t think we should always blame ourselves for what we can’t get through without them. It is okay to be helpless sometimes and ask for help from our friends.
On the other hand, we should help others that are not able to get out of their problems themselves. Sometimes it is okay to have some empathy and ask how they are doing.
